A Birthday Party!

Aden's little buddy, Jacob Juntgen, turned one this week and we had a great time at his party! Jake's mommy Megan and I teach together and were pregnant all last year together. We were actually due on the same day and little Jake decided he was ready a bit earlier than Aden was! They've already had a lot of fun adventures together and I can't wait to watch them grow! Happy Birthday Jake!

Our Trip to the Children's Museum

We had such a blast at the Indianapolis Children's Museum yesterday! We went with Aunt Amber, Uncle Cliff, and Cousins Cove and Bella. Aden loved the toddler play space with tunnels and ramps to climb on. He wasn't so sure about the dinosaur exhibit, but enjoyed watching Cove dress up as a dinosaur! We were all pretty wiped out after we were done- but it was a great memory!

Well...there's no real story here. We were just playing the other night and I became camera happy and caught these hilarious shots of Aden playing "tiger". If I could upload his growl to go along with these pictures it would be that much better...but for now- you'll just have try and imagine it! Oh how this boy lights up our life!

Aden's First Newspaper Interview!

Aden is already getting the hang of the "press" and acting cool! He calmly chewed on a plastic pen while his daddy was interviewed by the Newspaper Saturday night. The Blue Devils are on a roll with a 15-0 season. Let's just say we are ALL enjoying our seats in the stands!(As you can see here!)

Aden and Mommy

Aden is getting so big, and we are loving all the new things he can do. He's crawling all over the place and loves to play "chase". He throws his little ball, which of course his daddy has taught him the exact form, and chases it across the house! He's pulling himself up on all standing, or not standing for that matter, objects. He's eating big boy foods, he LOVES pancakes! He's keeping us busy- that's for sure! We can't even believe he's getting close to his first birthday, but it's right around the corner. What an amazing 11 months we've already had, we cannot wait to see what's to come!
